Encorp Pacific (Canada) is looking for entrepreneurs with the energy and enthusiasm to grow a successful business while benefiting from, and adding to the value of Encorp’s established Return-It Brand.

We are looking for business people who fit all of the following criteria:

• hands on owner/operators
• take pride in their business
• understand the importance and level of detail required to operate a clean, safe, and efficient depot
• leaders with a talent for recruiting and motivating staff
• able to conduct business and communicate effectively in the English language
• have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, able to grow sales and consistently reach top operating standards
• will invest the time and money required to build and maintain an attractive business

Owner/Operators will be required to invest up to $120,000, depending on the size and location of the site. This investment covers the cost of leasehold improvements as well as most legal and realtor fees that are normally associated with lease negotiations, including site procurement fees and landlord security deposits. Working capital of up to $60,000 is also required.

The return on investment will depend on several factors including the size and location of the site and the success of the owner/operator in building awareness and providing our customers with a clean and welcoming environment in which to return their used beverage containers.

Encorp Pacific business opportunities are most often available in the Metro Vancouver area and other major urban centres in British Columbia. Currently we are particularly interested in opportunities in Vancouver, Victoria, Burnaby, New Westminster, and Surrey.

Once completed and submitted, we will review all applications. Personal interviews will be arranged with applicants who have passed our initial screening process. (*Please note that if you have a partner, your partner must also be available for the interview process otherwise your application will not be considered.)

Successful applicants will then be placed in a “pool” of candidates. Candidates will be contacted if a business opportunity becomes available that matches a candidate’s financial situation and location preference.
